This month we celebrate all the fabulous mothers out there. Happy Mother’s Day! Being a Mommy myself, a mom to three birds that is, this is a wonderful time of year to smell the roses. The saying goes, “April showers bring May flowers!” And that’s a definite this fashionable month of May.
I am totally screaming about this new line that I have just been introduced to called MiH Jeans. So much fun and you will see lots of celebs wearing them! They’ve got all different shapes and sizes for every girl. Oh, and you know it’s MiH when you see the little dove on the toochie. I just met with them the other day in New York City, and they gave me this great pair of jeans for Spring called The Marrakesh: mid rise, kick flare. Super-fantastic for wearing boots underneath your jeans. And we all know that I LIVE in boots. They also have stellar shirts, shorts, etc. MIH is a new illness of mine.
Speaking of fabulous jean attire, LOVE that the jean jacket has made a come back. You can dress it up or dress it down, and for me, I’m always cold, so it’s a must all year round. But I have to say, I’m loving that navy, purple, and my fav — pink — are all the hot colors for this season. You know I’m always thinkin’ in pink! Whether you’re slipping into a sundress or an elegant evening gown, everyone is applying the colors. Don’t forget to use it on your nails too. Red lips are really hot and a love of mine is the nude lip. Always a strappy sandal in the warmer months and maybe a dressier one with a cut out dress. So hot! Definitely keeps ‘em guessing! Throw on some stacked bangles and hit the town ladies!
Gingham in every form is very fun! Whether it’s a sundress, a button-down shirt with jean shorts, it’s very playful and a must for the summer weather! Don’t forget to keep out your nautical stripes and your camouflage too. You never know when you need to be a good girl gone bad! HeHe!
Now with all these fabulous girlie ways of life, remember it’s all about confidence. Be the best you you can be, girlie! At least that’s what my Daddy taught me and Daddy always knows best.
