Personal History

Billy Lowe is a native of Macon, GA, holds a BA in Education and credits his beloved Grandmother for nurturing his career as a hairstylist.   He is the oldest of 9 children, a classically trained pianist, and in his spare time enjoys road trips and photography.   He has worked in the Los Angeles community for over 10 years as a master colorist & stylist.
